Great Property!
My experience at this apartment has been great so far. My unit is renovated and is very nice. The property manager, Elaine, is incredible and is very easy to get in touch with. The property is a mix of all people; undergaduate students, graduate students, working adults, etc. So far the property has been very calm and quiet which has been great as a law school student. My only complaint is that there are a lot of extra fees outside of the rent price including $60 for water/sewer, then you have to set up your own utilities and internet.
