Great location!
My roommates (4) are great and work in non-legal fields. I am new to Seattle, so making friends outside of law school is also important to me. The location is great in general and also close to campus with bus stops right in front of my door. A house vs an apartment is not for everyone, but I have enjoyed the socialization and the big space.
