Lower unit in decent location

My unit is in the lower level of the house so I do not get as much sunlight as I would like. Thus on rainy days it can be quite gloomy inside. The unit comes with a 2-in-1 washer and dryer. I am not a fan of a the drying function and have resorted to hang drying all my clothing. And although the background area is shared and gets good sunlight in the summer, I usually dry my laundry inside, which takes longer. If it was within my budget, I would rather go to a laundry mat to do my laundry so things will dry faster. The bedroom only has one light and it is located in the corner of the room so at night the room can be pretty dim. There is more than enough storage located around the unit so that is not something I have an issue with. The bathroom does not have a window that you can open to let the steam out during a hot shower so it is good to be mindful of that. It is easy to communicate with the landlord, they usually get back to you within 24 hours. I have yet to have an issue with them, which has been a blessing. There is a spider problem but that does not bother me too much unless their body is big. Slugs also come in through the front door; also not something I mind much. The pest problem overall is manageable. You have to park on the street but I usually do not have issues with that. 4 out of 5 times I usually find parking right in front of the house. The Beacon Hill Light rail station is about a 13 min walk from the house so that was a plus. There is also a grocery market nearby if you need to make a quick grocery run. The house is also located near the 5 freeway entrance, West Seattle Bridge, and I-90. The neighborhood that the house is located in is decent. It is definitely walkable and I usually feel safe walking around, even at night.
