Brand new apartments

Hadley Place is a brand new complex with new amenities, including a pool, club house, fitness-center, and in-unit laundry. It is on the pricy side and utilities are not included in the separate rent, which is why I would not give it a 10. Overall, I have enjoyed living there and it was built well.
