Apartment Review
It’s a decent apartment, no roaches or vermin, which was the top priority, they allow pets, and the neighbors are nice. The downsides include 1) we’ve been living here for 2.5 years and have gone through 4 management changes, 2) we have one laundry room for 8 floors that usually only has 3 washers or dryers working at a time and there’s a huge mold outbreak on the ceiling, 4) the elevators, if they’re functioning, get stuck pretty much all the time, 5) the fire alarm was getting pulled twice a week at one point, 6) we have package thieves, 7) our windows aren’t sealed properly so water leaks in when it’s raining hard and we’re on the 5th floor.
