Old building, good neighborhood, bad management

I love my little condo but the management company is terrible and one of the neighbors is on the HOA and is also terrible. We've had some plumbing and roofing issues i've had to come out of pocket for since I own but other than that I love it and it's a very walkable and safe area.

Small but good location

The units are incredibly tiny and some of them do not have a washer dryer, but it's a 12 minute drive from campus and there are so many walkable things in the area. The Gables location can't be beat!
