Nice little neighborhood
The neighborhood is overall quiet and neighbors are friendly. Barely any sidewalks, but it's a convenient location if you have a reliable vehicle.
The unit itself is spacious, lots of light, and cozy. You forget that it's a duplex while you're in there.
Definitely recommend renting from an individual rather than a property management company. (I'll throw Alliance Property Management under the bus. They're not great. Look up their google reviews).
