Good complex
The owners were extremely welcoming and helped me throughout the whole process. The apartment looks nice and well-kept. Plenty of space in the floor plan. No noise coming from other apartments. The only downside is that it only has 1 washer/dryer for 6 apartments. So, sometimes it gets busy. Also, they are coin-operated. Really close to campus and Aggieville.
