Wheatfield Village

I love living at Wheatfield Village Apartments. It’s about a 10-minute drive to campus, plus it’s close to Dillons for easy grocery runs, and there's a great restaurant nearby if you're in the mood to eat out. One unique feature that I really like is that they offer a guest room you can rent if you have friends or family visiting.

The amenities here are amazing. The gym even has a sauna, and the pool area has a beautiful fireplace, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. When I was searching for a new apartment, safety and ambiance were my top priorities, and Wheatfield Village checks both boxes. The whole place has such a calm and inviting atmosphere.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes living here even better. I feel really safe, especially with the gated parking garage that you can only access with a key. That being said, they did mention there would be a patrol around during late hours, and I have yet to see that, so I hope it’s something they follow through on soon.

Pricing wise, it’s a bit on the higher side compared to other apartments in Topeka, but I think it’s worth it for the luxury and amenities you get. They do offer some more affordable options as well. The apartments themselves are spacious, with a washer and dryer, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of modern features, plus there’s even a dog park!

If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, close to everything, and packed with great features, I’d definitely recommend Wheatfield Village Apartments!

Lots of amenities. Security fob to enter building and window sticker for parking deck. Washer/Dryer included. Pool, barbecue area, ping pong table, pool table, coffee bar, full gym with sauna. The fire alarm goes off frequently and at inconvenient times. Mostly satisfied with accommodations. Nicest you will find in Topeka but also most expensive for a student.

The apartment complex is new. They have several amenities. Heated pool, pool table, coffee bar, access to entertainment area w/ four gas grills, corn hole area, morning yoga, full gym, office space for meetings, and access is by key fob only.
