WORST PLACE TO LIVE (in my opinion)
Living here was by far the worst situation I've experienced in my life thus far. From the beginning there were problems that needed to be fixed in order for the place to be habitable (cockroaches, missing wood on windows, window screwed shut, leaking and caving ceiling, no water sometimes, radiators that didn't work). They also do not tell people prior to moving in they have a contract with premier pest to spray every two weeks. In order for the unit to be sprayed, my pets and I had to leave for at least 4 hours. The management did not want to fix anything effectively for me. I asked for things to be fixed in an email, for a deduction or to be reimbursed to find a company who could spray my unit when I was available to leave. I was told to pay the full amount of rent and when I said I did not want to I was served with a notice to quit.
