Not bad!

I really enjoy living at Rivers Bend. The complex is old, so there have been some issues with AC, plumbing, insects, and moisture. The units are individually owned, so I don't have to worry about dealing with a management company. The apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom and overall a nice place to live.
