Great Location, Affordable Prices

This complex offers a variety of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, including townhomes, that are perfect for students. Many of the apartments have been upgraded and they offer student discounts on rent. While they are relatively older buildings, it is clear that they have been well-maintained and they are quick to address serious problems. I live in a townhome, so for the space we have, the rent is very affordable. And it is only 10 minutes from campus (I don't have to drive on 280 or 65 either). My only major complaint is that each unit is only assigned one parking spot, so there can sometimes be a shortage of spots.
