Parking, Gym & High Ceilings
This is a renovated building with its own tenant parking lot. There is not a manager on-site. Because the building owners are absent and managed by a third party, a problem is either slow or not rectified. There is no guest parking. Tiny coat size closet. No medicine cabinet or shelving in the bathroom. Open floorplan seems bigger with high ceilings. Sirens all day and night. Parking garage door constantly breaks and remains open. Overall, it is good value, but nothing fancy.
