Vivo on 3rd

The apartment itself has updated features inside. There is a full size washer and dryer inside of the unit and parking is free. The apartment does have a swimming pool. However, there is not central air conditioning and because of the location (Encanto) there is some foot traffic within the apartment itself (not gated). My partner's car and a few neighbors' cars have been broken into. It is very close to Phoenix campus and the light rail if you do not want to pay for parking. The price is reasonable for the location. The apartment does not have a patio/balcony and there is no additional storage closet.
