5th Floor Walk Up Apartment

Small one bedroom apartment, 5th floor walk up. Super is responsive. Laundry in the basement with an app to pay for it/see if it is available. Landlord fixes big problems in the building but often does not respond to emails or phone calls. Had mice problem twice and ended up hiring my own exterminator and deducting the cost from rent because the landlord would not respond to emails asking to fix it and the super couldn't figure it out.
