Very average

The bedrooms are fairly spacious for a place with this rent in east village, but there’s no living room and barely a kitchen. Some pest problems but nothing out of the ordinary. A mouse or a cockroach here and there. The floors are slightly slanted and the super is unresponsive. But our rent is about as low as we can get it this far south so we don’t expect much.

Good 2L location, not good 1L location

Good 2L place because farther from school, but more fun area. UWS was better for 1L - quieter and closer to school.
