Spacious Apartments Behind NYU Law

I love my apartment! I have a true 1 bed with a closet, full but un-updated kitchen, room for a large couch and desk to study. Light probably depends on apartment floor (being on a lower floor I get less) but I think most units have large windows like mine.

The building is a 5 or 6th floor walkup pre-war building. Unfortunately no access to rooftop :( No washer/dryer in building but there is a wash/fold across the street.

Most tenants in the building have lived there for 30+ years or are recent grads. Responsive and helpful super who lives across the street. Very bare bones apartments/not updated, but I pay less than 2500 to live alone a block from WSP. Hardwood floors and they keep the common area where packages are dropped in clean condition!
