Communication issues with my landloard

We rented the apartment through Street Easy. The communication was fluid with the brokers, but once we signed the lease, the communication was only with the landlord. It's been almost two months since she replied to my last message.

We rented a furnished apartment. The landlord decided to buy a washing machine, but it couldn't be installed in the unit. She left the machine in the middle of the unit. She hasn't replied to our messages in a while. I wouldn't recommend renting the unit.
