Frances Court in Nob Hill
I have had a great experience renting here. I don't have a car, so being within short walking distance to multiple public transit options, grocery stores, parks, and other entertainment/recreation options has been great. I like my property management company-- they are responsive and kind, and give ample notice before entry (usually a week in advance with a reminder the day before). I feel safe in my building and neighborhood and have had no issues with any other residents in my building. The major downside is it is expensive but I personally feel like the cost is worthwhile to have a safe, comfortable place to live-- especially while I'm a student and need a quiet place to rest and study.
