Quiet & dated, but worth the price!

My roommate and I moved in less than a year ago and we love the location to Addison, the safety and ultimately the HUGE floorplan! They are in the midst of updates, only to specific available apartments & I can hope that will benefit us in the long run. For the price and the floorplan, I'm not sure you could go wrong- so long as you understand the apartments have been in existence for over 20 years- but their multimillion dollar renovation should definitely update the apartments coming available!
