Awesome Location and Quiet!

Courtyards is a beautiful place to live. The complex is set up into three squares with beautiful green courtyards in the center - hence the name "Courtyards at Campbell." It's been a great place to stay while I'm finishing up my schooling! They are older apartment buildings but the maintenance team is awesome and the price is right!

Great Location for Student and very quiet

Great place to live as a UTD student. Best priced apartments in the area excluding McCallum. Very quiet and very well maintained. It's right off the bus line, as well. The maintenance team is amazing at this apartment. My AC broke over the summer when it was 105 outside. Within minutes they had a window unit in there and they had the AC unit replaced by the end of the day - amazing! I've lived here for almost 3 years. I would totally recommend!

Great place

Always fix stuff the day after request, management is awesome and friendly, and not loud at at. Has a cute little bunny family that lives in the courtyard. Everyone is friendly when you walk by each other. They give salt when the weather gets cold outside

Far North Dallas Reviews

Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and 2 movie theatres. Walk to major Addison events in Addison Circle Park without the crazy hassle that is parking at one of the complexes in the circle.
When we moved into our apartment back in August, the selling point was that ALL residence required a background check and if ANY criminal background was triggered, their application was denied. This is not to say, I do not believe in second chances- but rather it provided an element of safety and protection, that as a young women- we were seeking.
Crowded parking, people hanging out all times of night, suspicious activity, and overall not a safe environment.
Bent Tree Neighborhood is across Trinty Mills and were the Plano Elementary school is called Mitchell Elementary. Good school and neighborhood. Dallas address but Plano school district.
Right in the middle of far north Dallas, you are minutes away from the Galleria, west Plano and Addison.
There's usually fecal matter on the sidewalk
Living in Far North Dallas had its definite pros - close to anything you need (grocery, shopping, entertainment). But the character of living in East Dallas, Uptown, or Downtown isn't there.
Nice area, lots of new stuff popping up. Many restaurants and bars in the area.
