Newer building with nice appliances, but management is a joke
My apartment has two tandem parking spots. There are quartz countertops and in-unit washer/dryer. It's a spacious studio with hardwood floors and a balcony. The building is nice, but management is a joke. You'll have to put up with an unresponsive and often confused property manager.
I'm not sure if I would live here again. The price is good and it's close to campus, but the neighborhood area is dirty and there's a loud and unstable homeless person close by. I would recommend living further away...
