Good location, terrible management
Close to E line metro to campus and centrally located to other neighborhoods, but many management issues. 6-7 different building managers over 18 months, flooding in the garage, unresponsive management to issues likely due to high turnover, leaks in lobby even though it is new construction, along with other issues. For me, worth it for the location and not having to move again for second year.
