Great value and close to campus.

The legacy is not as nice as the degree, but it’s about half the price. Though to beat paying $700 a month, and still being a 5 minute walk to class.

It is convenient and cheap

It's not the most modern apartment but it works for a student and it is near campus which makes it easier. Generally safe as well. The only annoying thing is there is no in-house laundry and you pay for washing and drying.

proximate to the university. reasonably maintenance response. good lighting and space. green space and gated.
