Pricey but worth it

I live in a two bedroom unit in a small apartment building (4 units total). The apartment is spacious, well maintained, and close to campus. It's a 6 minute walk to class and a 15 minute walk to the short north. The management company is responsive and has promptly fixed several maintenance issues for me.

Good Enough

Its cheap what more do you want. They fix things quickly, its a little jenky but nothing that rises above being annoying

1492 Hunter Ave Unit B

The unit is very nice and the management company is responsible and unintrusive (except around Oct/Nov during lease renewal and tour season...). It's close to campus, so it can be a bit noisy. But that means it's an 8 minute walk to Moritz, which is unbeatable.
