The townhouse style apartments are great!

The complex is close to school and don't have many issues regarding availability. They are accommodating and its a nice neighborhood. They offer different lease terms for duration for cheaper rent. Maintenace is always on top of their game too. Can bring your pets. Some apts don't have overhead lighting and can be a little out of date, but they serve their purpose.

The management is amazing. The property itself needs renovation on the outside but they did a great job renovating the inside.

It is very conveniently located to school, but to other things, it sometimes feels like a trek to get there. (I'm from the Midwest, so I do not mind this, but it feels a little isolating - I would recommend having a roommate here to make it less quiet!) It is a great complex, but when I had a maintenance issue, they did take a fairly long time to get back to my request. The management, prior to my move-in, was very helpful and quick to respond and are very nice people. The walls are NOT thin at all; it truly does not feel like I'm living in an apartment in that respect.

Love the place so far! Have been here for about 6 months and I love living here. Quiet, easy, and convenient.

The apartment is very spacious and a great place to live. It has up to date features and a decent amount of natural lighting. I also like that it is not downtown and only a 5-10 minute drive to campus.

I have had no qualms while living at this apartment complex. I live in a unit that does not have any upstairs or downstairs neighbors which is an incredible blessing while in law school.

Overall, the apartment is great. I live with another law student. It is very spacious, especially the kitchen. Only potential downfall if it is 2 friends splitting, one bedroom and bathroom are significantly bigger than the other bedroom & bathroom
