The Worst

I moved here in the fall of 2022. Rent was only 1050 for my same studio. Three years later, rent is now 1350. This does not include parking. My view sucks, it overlooks the parking garage. The Vista was bought by this new management company after my first year living here. They are extremely difficult to work with. The halls are filthy. I had wine spilled on my door one time. If it is not evident by now, DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Not sure

Fully furnished which is nice. Parking is an additional 150 per month or so. Not too loud but can be on the weekends with all the undergrads. Gym is solid.
