Nice, quiet place for students/residents
I really like my apartment! It has plenty of space, it's in a quiet area, and it's close to school. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the apartment stays cool throughout the day. The nearby parks are also a plus. Parking is usually not too hard to find if you do not have a permit for the lot. The only negatives are that it does not come with a microwave and there are no cabinets for kitchen food storage. My closet space is also small due to the water heater tank, but I was able to fit most of my stuff in it and the storage room by the entrance.
