Overall Nice Place to live
I like the area, and the history of the building. It is a bit older, but they gutted the building in 2015, so it has a very modern look. They are very pet-friendly, and it is quiet for the most part. I rarely see my neighbors, but the walls are pretty thin so I can hear a few of them at times. The apartment is in the Rivermont District which is rich with churches and very good Christian community.

Nice, Quiet Living Space with a View
The only disadvantage to this apartment is that it is 17 minutes away from school, which can be inconvenient if you have a habit of cutting it close on time, like me. Downtown Lynchburg is beautiful and diverse and you get to see a different, authentic side of the city. The apartments are beautiful and modern in this remodeled historic schoolhouse. Many Lynchburg natives attended when the building was an elementary school. There is privacy and they allow pets! It doesn’t get much better than that!
