Only problem is maintenance

Everything is great. The place is incredibly quiet. only complaint is maintenance. There is a large leak in the hallway that has not been fixed in over 2 years that I have lived there, and I have cracks in my wall where water comes through (only a few drips) that has not been fixed since I started renting and complained about in 2021. Also, there is not a lot of storage.
