Perfect Space for Students

I love my experience living at Velvet Mills. Not only are the units themselves absolutely gorgeous (this is an old silk factory converted to apartments with 22’ ceilings and exposed brick), but the price is also unbelievable. I met other students in the building and it could be a great location to hold study groups. It’s less than 20 minutes from campus and right off of the freeway.
