Apartment is brand new, very large, has never been lived and very nice. Amenities include gym, pool, pickle ball courts, and a rooftop. However, the walls are thin, some issues with packages, and there are small issues that take the management longer to deal with than they should for the price of the apartment.

Worth the Price
This complex is certainly more expensive, but I have nothing but good things to say. It’s extremely clean and has a wonderful management team. They have a large community area, pool, bark park, and they are in the process of building the gym and pet spa (all included in rent). It’s very spacious and they have covered parking for an extra monthly fee.

Excellent Apartment for Students
My experience living at One Park has been great! My individual unit is spacious and brand new so all appliances are newly furnished as well. The included amenities are also a huge plus, and as a UConn law student it’s incredibly helpful that my commute to school is typically about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone interested to reach out to the leasing office, as their staff is also very friendly and helpful.
