It’s beautiful
It’s a new building with washer dryer in unit.
Parking is in a gated lot. Management is super helpful and accommodating. Only downside is the area.

Not the Best
In the time at my apartment, there have been multiple shootings, raids in the park, and car accidents on the street or park directly next to the apartment. My car has been broken into and hotwired. There is a homeless shelter across the street, which results in loud noises when the weather is good. During the winter, the streets are pretty quiet.
