Great place to live
Spark is a great place to live. There was recovered apartments, in unit washer/dryer, balcony, central air conditioning, valet trash, maintenance responds quick, and there’s a pool during the summer.

Close, quite, and in unit laundry.
Spark is in the perfect location for me. Huddled inside the middle of a golf course , Spark is located (8) minutes from campus, but it is directly North of the UConn Law campus which avoids Hartford and the main traffic congestion areas moving East-West.
It is also very quiet, pet friendly (which I do not have, but many do), and extremely safe as literally no one knows the place exists until you are literally in the complex.
Its more akin to ski lodge / ski condo style living, with in unit laundry.

The management is very responsive and willing to help/accommodate in any way. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood.
