Good Building - Medicore Leasing Office

I love the building, the amenities, the location, and my apartment. Maintenace is very responsive to issues. But the leasing office is not very good or responsive. I have run into issues with my lease, my payment center, and reserving amenity spaces. I have found that the leasing office is not responsive to email or the online system, but that things get taken care of when calling or stopping by the office in person (if you have time during business hours, which many people do not).

Spectra Review

This apartment is great for people looking to live alone or with one other roommate. There is plenty of closet storage both in the bedrooms and living room area and all of the units have been updated with washer/dryer units, new fridges, stoves, and dishwashers. The building is very secure an the maintenance team is very quick to respond to issues.

Spectra Pearl Apartments Review

I have lived here since the beginning of law school, and I love it! They have different amenities on each floor of the 13-floor building (library, art studio, yoga studio, chess and checkers room, etc. ) and a rooftop lounge (indoor and outdoor)! Everyone is very nice and there are always community events going on.

Great little community, worth the price

I will admit that my studio is small, but it's absolutely perfect for a busy student who doesn't want to have a lot of stuff to move around early in life. There are tons of amenities and the apartments have huge window (which is really what sold me on the place). It's very modern and provides 24/7 security. Great location downtown, right next to Bushnell park and walking distance to the Capital Building and Courts. Absolutely loving it.

Exchange student staying for 4 months

The apartment is amazing! Downtown Hartford not so much… Weird area and do not recommend living there if you could avoid it, but once you are inside the apartment, it is absolutely perfect. The rent is a little expensive but having a roommate to share it with is possible. The Spectra amenities are the best. The apartment is really warm, new, and the neighbors are super nice and welcoming. I would advise to be careful while walking on the street, but aside from that (and having to take the bus/Uber to class) I highly recommend!

Not bad, not great

It is pretty expensive to live in this apartment between rent, utilities and paying to park in the garage, you definitely could find a more reasonably priced place elsewhere. In terms of the building itself, it was nice, and very safe, but the management was always really rude to me, and did not address any issues. I feel like they kind of treated you as the enemy. There is a security guard from 5pm to 9am every weekday, and all day on the weekends, so that always made me feel pretty safe. The mail room and package room are protected by passcode, I don't believe that anybody ever stole packages or mail from me. The apartment does have quite a few amenities, but they are not kept up with, so a lot of stuff is broken or dirty.
