Basic
(4BR + 2 Bath) the apartment is very basic and definitely not “aesthetically appealing” but after a good clean (came relatively dirty) one can appreciate the Appartement. Mix of renovated nice and very basic and used. The state of the Appartement varies by unit. Definitely a reliable choice for an international student since its SUPER close to the school and in a safe area.

Very affordable and student targeted.
It is an 8 minute walk to law school. Very peaceful place. Great for studying. Very safe place.
Great managment and very dilligent.
Includes all amenities and parking.
I wish more students know about these apartments because they could really benefit from this affordable, quiet and nearby appartments.

Villages of hartford
There are 12 houses which are shared to 4 to 5 people. It is a great community and really close to the University. A lot of internationals live there which makes it more easily to connect.

Good, affordable housing
I can recommend trying it at the Villages at Hartford, especially if you are an international student since almost half of the residents are exchange or LL.M students. The Villages are located in walking distance to the law school and Elizabeth Park. A bus stop is right in front of the apartment complex. Washing machines and dryer are located on-site (additional fee). A big advantage is also that the rooms are furnished. We had some issues with mice at the beginning but it was fixed pretty quick.

The villages are located in walking distance to the law school, Elizabeth Park is also only five minutes away by foot, and the bus going to the train station/Downtown stops right in front of the house.

Great to people without cars
There are lots of international students here and is within walking distance to campus. But it’s not as cheap as I thought.

commanded for law students
The village is very close to the law school, only a ten-minute walk away. The rent of the house is reasonable, there will be professional person to clean up the broken facilities in time, law students can consider living here, buses to direct supermarket, convenient transportation. and there are so many schoolmates living here together.we will hold some parties in yard aperiodically
