Great location, meh management company
The apartment and the location are excellent. The apartment is reasonably priced, huge and has tons of windows, and it is blocks from Prospect Park, convenient train lines (2/3, 4/5, Q, C) and near lots of great restaurants and bars. My one complaint is the management company which is somewhat incompetent and often tries to avoid accountability for building issues by blaming them on the restaurant we live above. However, these complaints do not outweigh the benefits of living here, and I plan to stay here for as long as I live in NYC.

Move to Prospect Heights!
Great experience: reasonable price, a ton of space, lot of light, very close to large park, great neighborhood.
