New Apartment
I moved into this apartment, which opened in February 2023, in December 2023. The property is extremely well run. I only had one maintenance request to make upon moving in and it was fixed within 12 hours. All payments (rent, water, electricity bills) are on one app and there is always someone in the leasing office to answer any questions you have. The amenities are gorgeous -- fully stocked gym, an art room, a podcast room, a bike room, a rooftop pool with grills, a rooftop dog park, and lots of apartments have floor to ceiling windows. It's also right across the street from Navy Yard, so there's tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance, along with multiple tennis courts, soccer, and baseball fields at your doorstep.
