Nice But Old

Nice to have in-unit laundry and central AC. It's also one block away from the beach and has convenient public transit options. Nice back patio with grill. However, the building is very old, and we have dealt with mice and house centipedes. Very squeaky floors too so neighbors have woken us up in the middle of the night a few times. No safe space for packages.
