Close to campus
This location is great, the apartment is large with two bedrooms one bath and a large living room with a plant room and large kitchen. We do have loud neighbors and sometimes the shared laundry gets dirty/broken but the management responds relatively fast to issues that need attention. Overall it's a nice apartment to live and we've been living here for more than a year now (increased rent $55 since signed original lease last year).
