It works but could do better for the price
My experience has been okay but I do plan to move after my lease is up. I think you can find a much better place for less. Our packages have been getting stollen lately, I was without a working fridge the first week or so moving in and lost over $100 in food, people dig in the trash at night which is right outside my bedroom window and smoke on that corner which blows into my room if the windows are open. Also the bath water is slightly discolored. We have had homeless people sleeping in the laundry room and on the stairs even though the building has a code to enter. The entry way/hall way usually smells really bad. And we only get one off street parking spot which leaves finding a street parking spot difficult at times and part of the street parking is pretty sketch. Also, you live at the top of a hill so biking back from campus is brutal and the streets not very safe for biking. And walking is not an option. The streets on either side are heavily trafficked. Also minimal storage. Other than that, it stays pretty quiet, laundry is usually open and the place feels relatively safe.
