Apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. Central heat, but window units for A/C. Off-street parking. Tenant storage in basement.

Small but safe reliable and affordable

I have lived here for 3/4 years of medical school. Affordable rent, free covered parking spot, coin laundry in basement, 10-15 minute walk from Chandler hospital. Responsive to maintenance requests. AC window unit used for summer cooling. Old building with some slight imperfections but cozy and very safe, filled with other female grad students.
