Great Budget Place
Highly recommend the Haven at Wake. Had some construction delays but overall, for $950 a month, it includes everything you need.

Not as Advertised
The project is new, so we moved in late, you can tell some of the finishing on the housing is rushed, including the paint jobs, the actual building is a little lopsided. We have had to put many maintenance requests in despite only living there for a month.

Inspection delays
The apartment complex was still being built and inspected through my lease start date, so they put my roommate and me into multiple Airbnb and hotels for about a month. Other than that, the apartment is very nice.

Good place to Live if you need somewhere close to Wake Forest
Now that we have moved in, I enjoy the apartment's space and amenities because they are new. There is a shuttle that runs from the haven at Wake to school and back, which is very convenient if you do not have a car. I also enjoy that my packages get delivered right to the door.

Haven experience
Property management communication is very lack luster. Apartment was built fast and cheaply.

Haven Review
It is one of the only fully furnished apartments in Winston-Salem. That was a big incentive to move here. As well as the community being mostly graduate students.

Property Management SUCKS
I have had a plethora of issues moving in here. It is a brand new build so maybe these issues will not exist in a future year. But in my experience, I did not have hot water for over a week and management was very unresponsive about it. All of the promised amenities are not complete. My dishwasher needed to be replaced along with my ring doorbell. The whole unit had lots of dings and a crappy paint job. I am always fighting for the property manager to get back to me and this place is a joke for paying so much for a "luxury" place.

Had a little trouble with management at first, but the apartment itself is great!
