Good Price
My apartment is a good price for the location, and for utilities being included. However, it is a good price for me and my partner. I can’t imagine how families with children living in the building who are also students are keeping up with the rent.

Look Elsewhere
The graduate student housing is not worth it. I am paying much more in rent than my peers and have fewer amenities. The graduate housing has furniture that makes it feel like a hospital. You only get a twin bed.
On top of all this, the buildings are aways having issues. I've had water heating issues, electricity issues, and AC issues (currently living without AC). Look elsewhere.

New, but a bit pricy
It is nice that everything is included with rent, but it’s not the best price you could find out there. Having an RA has pros and cons so take that as you will. The bike storage and laundry are nice everyday included things. you do have to follow other rules, like not drinking alcohol in the event space. You have to pay three dollars for parking a year, and guests have to buy guest passes if they stay for an extended time. Your neighbors can be a bit noisy, because it is family, housing, and children are not the quietest thing. overall I like it and I would suggest it to other people, there are buses that pick up from here and you can walk to school. It is only one and a half miles to the Law School from here.

New On-Campus Married Housing
So far, the experience here has been pretty good, although the apartment building was completed in a hurry, so there are little things that are annoying. The 1 bedroom suite (what model unit we're in) is a lot smaller than we thought, and there is only one tiny closet in the whole place. We would recommend going for the bigger 2 bedroom unit because it's only like $200 more a month and would give you so much more space. Other than that, the apartment is great, and we have no issues.
