Great landlord and property manager
I contacted Phil during the summer and he was quick to close the deal. He sent me an e-contract and I returned it signed about a week later. Then I mailed him a deposit check. Then I came to the US. He was there when I arrived, and fixed some issues with the door and gave me a welcome packet with a map, keys and his contact information. My roommates are nice and quiet people. They don't party in the house. Generally, my experience with Phil and the house is very positive. But the house itself is really old. The basement definitely needs some renovation! And the wooden floors make a lot of noise even when you walk lightly on them.
