Decent apartment walking distance from campus
Definitely one of the better properties I've lived in, but you can tell I pay for it from rent. Management recently added a monthly $100 water fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. The worst part about living here is being surrounded by the bars--be prepared to battle undergrads going to the bars for parking, even though they technically aren't allowed to park here. Watching them get towed is fun though.
Walls are (surprisingly) not paper-thin, but if your neighbors decide to fight or throw a party you'll definitely know about it. Noise from the bars isn't too bad actually.
