Beautiful old apartment with some maintenance issues

While the apartment itself is pretty, cozy, and woody it is burdened by it's outdated plumbing. Since moving in 5 months ago I have had countless maintenance issues, including but not limited to, drainage issues, a mysterious brown liquid dripping from the ceiling, and the roof collapsing in on me. Cornerstone is a massive rental company in Denver that doesn't always have the most responsive customer service. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment. The location is great for students but the building itself is a pain.

Old building. Sketchy neighbors

The building was built in 1920, and it looks that way. We have had problems with theft in the apartment.
