Love the space, don't like the management

I have a 1000 squarefoot newly built apartment, with two floors. All appliances are brand new, and the space is really beautiful. I have a huge closet. There is a rooftop and a concrete space outback so I bring out a chair to enjoy the sun when we have it! The downsides are that the walls are extremely thin, so I recommend renting the top floor. Also management isnt responsive to repairs, but I havent had anything major happen that needs fixing. There is also street parking, and is a 14 minute walk to campus.
