Convenient Location and Good Amenities

I like the look and size of my apartment, and that it is pet friendly. They have since sold the on-site parking to developers, which is unfortunate. It has secure entry which helps me feel safe. The bar located on the street level of the building is fun with good food. If I could improve something, I would increase the effort to clean and maintain the building slightly.
