The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is quite spacious compared to where I stayed before. The amenities are usable; I wouldn't describe them as brand new, but they are sufficient for everyday living. There's a large fridge where you can store plenty of food. The laundry and dryer are conveniently located in a nice spot that won't bother you. As for the neighbors, it's hard to say because the location is always quiet with no disturbing sounds. I've left the house open a couple of times, and in terms of safety, I would say it is really good.
